Studio of 32 m² in Taormina

A private studio apartment located on a small farm only 6 km from the lovely beaches of Giardini Naxos in Sicily, Italy. Nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, excellent Wi-fi, remote-controlled air conditioning and heating, and views of Mt Etna. The property includes fruit and vegetable gardens, friendly animals (2 Sardinian donkeys, 2 dogs, 2 outdoor cats, 4 hens), a bocce ball court, BBQ, fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, and hiking trails all in a peaceful countryside setting.
Our farm is equipped with 30 solar panels and a state-of-the-art solar energy system. We also have filtered water on tap, so there is no need to keep buying plastic water bottles. We compost on-site and recycle, of course. A washing machine is available for your use and clothes will be hung to dry in the sun.
We are only 3 km to the towns of Trappitello and Gaggi, but there are curvy roads with no sidewalks so walking to town is not recommended. You must have a car or motorcycle. We are only 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the Alcantara Gorge, 20 minutes to Taormina, 45 minutes to Mt Etna and the Catania airport. There is a lovely restaurant within walking distance to our farm. This is an ideal place for a digital nomads, artists, writers, or anyone who wants to experience the smaller villages on the exotic island of Sicily without living in a noisy, crowded city.
