Hello All, I have a private room with shared bathroom and shared common areas. Single occupancy is preferred this room will not fit a couple comfortably. Pets will be considered with extra fee/depositPlease provide proof of vaccination and trained. Pge is split amongst all roommates. Full access to kitchen. We have a washer dryer available each person gets a day. Parking is available on property and on the street.
