Studio basement room with private bath and walk in closet. A parking space in attached garage. Shared laundry, kitchen, living, and deck. Basement is an actual room with egress, permits, smoke and carbon detectors. Single 30s female with 2 small dogs who live on 2nd floor. Not much of a cook so kitchen is pretty free. I will be honest the 1 dog is a bit scared of men, not aggressive. Looking for a short term renter. Very safe townhome neighborhood. Trails nearby.
