Rent a room in Chicago

Hey! We are looking for a roommate to sublease a room in our coed apartment starting December 1st 2024 to July 31st with option of extending lease. The rent will be $1220/ month per bedroom (excluding utilities, which will be an additional of ~$35). There will be a one time security deposit of $1660, which will be returned to you when you leave the house or when the lease ends. :)- 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms- 5 minutes walk to UIC East Campus - 10 minute walk to UIC-Halsted CTA Blue-line station.- Central heating and air conditioning - We only pay for gas and electricity!
