The largest of our rooms (14'x14') is open. This is a 4 bdr/2ba unit with washer and dryer in unit. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.We are all in our late 20s and mid 30s doing work at non-profits and in creative arts. One of us is in grad school. We are home to two cats and can only accept more cats if they stay in your room. We tend to be a quiet crew with art projects frequently taking shape in the living room or courtyard. Lots of shared craft supplies.About the space: washer and dryer in unit, large shared courtyard with planter boxes and grill, street parking, very close to 72 bus stop. Utilities are not included and typically run between $60 and $110 per person per month depending on number of people in the house and if it's a water bill month.
