Alle Arten von Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar; viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft ist 150 Meter entfernt. Die Zugfahrt zum Hauptbahnhof dauert 4 Minuten, der Zug zum Alexanderplatz (Fernsehturm) 2 Minuten.

The apartment is located right next to the S-Bahn station; there are lots of tram lines and night busses too. Subway (U8 Weinmeisterstr) is 300 metres away. All kinds of bars and restaurants in walking distances; lots of shopping options. Next grocery store is 150 metres away.
Train ride to Central Station is 4 minutes, train to Alexanderplatz (TV tower) 2 minutes.
Location-wise, it hardly gets any better in Berlin!
There is 1 double-bed and 1 double sofa-bed.
The apartment is perfectly accessible for physically impaired people or people in wheelchairs. Despite the location in the 3rd upper floor, there are no stairs at all.
