Every apartment features a private sauna and a separate storage building in the yard, providing plenty of storage space.
The lease agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit one month rent (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water payment 20 €/person/month, pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The property has electric heating, which is connected to the tenant's electricity usage. The electric heating must not be turned off during the winter heating season. The right to make changes is reserved.
