Reference forms will be sent to the applicant(s) via Let Alliance and these need to be completed and returned to us asap. Once we have received the completed application(s), we will promptly arrange for Let Alliance to carry out a full reference. Once the applicant(s) has passed referencing, we will prepare the tenancy agreement for signing. The holding deposit is redeemable against the first months rent. If you do not pass the referencing checks (for reasons you have not already brought to our attention) and we are therefore unable to rent to you, or you decide you no longer wish to rent the property, the holding deposit will not be refunded to you.
