We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. It is only a ten minute drive to Tring Railway Station, shops and facilities, or a ten minute walk to Ivinghoe village, with pub, shop and tea room. London Euston is a 40 minute train ride from Tring Station. The Homestead is a 3 bedroom cottage which was converted from a barn, with one ground floor bedroom and bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs, including a master bedroom and two twin rooms. The spacious kitchen, is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen sink has a view over the garden, and the Vale beyond, and there is also a kitchen table with three chairs. There is also a dining area in the sitting room. The sitting room has a dining table with six chairs, and two large three seater sofas and enjoys spectacular views across picturesque farmland. There is a ground floor bedroom with twin beds, a chest of drawers and a view over the garden. There is also a ground floor bathroom with a bathtub with shower over. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also an upstairs shower room, with shower, toilet and sink. The property has access to a shared tennis court, games room and a children`s play area on the farm. Please note that the rental includes an allowance of GBP30 per week, for electricity. Any extra is charged as used. Parking for two cars is available at the front of the property. Up to two pets are welcome in the property, please let us know on booking.
