The the Arroyo House specializes in student housing for Santa Barbara City college. We know what matters to students in particular, and strive to provide you with the best possible experience in your living environment so you can focus on what really matters – your education.

The Onsite RA works with residents to provide the necessary environment to succeed. With parking onsite, access to hiking trail right out your backdoor, and private balconies at each room, and a Ocean view! Enjoy our Wave Storm surfboards to take down to Leadbetter Beach for a few waves!
