There is also a family bathroom that features a bath.There is a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a small outside balcony.Free parking for one car in the resident's zone of the main St Davids shopping center car park - This would usually cost £26.00 for 10-24 hours!Additional rules- No pets- No smoking, parties, or events- Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM- Self check-in with lockbox- Parties are strictly prohibited- Extra guests are not allowed- Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated.
