Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Bushwick

A little about us: We’re looking for a third housemate to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom Bushwick home as a leaseholder!! You’ll be signing the lease with me, Caitlin, an aussie transplant (American citizen). I’m an Executive Assistant in the Broadway industry, and our sub-leaser is Mirka who works at a really cool jazz lounge. Our third Aussie (and my fellow leaseholder) is moving in with his partner when the lease renews, so we’re looking for someone to take his spot! (aw, love!) This home is a great fit for someone looking to join a year lease, especially for an international as we go through Insurent! We’re right off Dekalb L and Knickerbocker M - super close to Maria Hernandez Park and easy access to the city. I work in the village and it takes me ~20 minutes We’re clean (& hygienic!) early 20’s folks. Gas has never been more than $20 pp a month, and electricity and wifi are shared. Water is included in rent. I’m updating the pictures tonight, we have a beautiful new blue gradient rug, plants, and the table has been redesigned for aesthetic and ease of use (I built it for our house!) There are two rooms for choosing; the window room and the internal room (roughly the same size). Please note: we need to send in your lease application 30 days out, but this does NOT mean you have to sign the lease! We just want to get everyone approved so if you do decide to join us, it’ll be easy. You’ll have two rooms to choose from:1.
