Rent 2 bedroom house in Henderson

I am a massage therapist and flight attendant with a very busy schedule. I also served in the navy and was honorably discharged in 2011. This place is brand new & ideal for someone who works outside the home and values a calm, peaceful well taken care of living environment. The home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms; one of which is included as a private bathroom for you. There is a den that is being turned into a second lounge area as well as a primary living room. if you like greenery, our community pool is close by and the beautiful Cadence Central Park within a mile. Duck Creek Trailhead and the Wetlands are also right around the corner if you’re into outdoor activities. We are also within 2 miles of Galleria Mall and both the freeways closely located near Green Valley Parkway and many higher end shops and grocery stores. It takes about 18 mins to get to the Strip from. You must be considerate, respectful, and love small dogs, as there are two sweet Yorkies already living here! I cannot accept other dogs or any cats currently but am open to small caged animals that are not destructive. This is an LGBT friendly environment and 4:20 friendly (just has to be done outside in the backyard). There would need to be quiet hours from 10pm-8am with any adjustments being discussed in advance and reserved for weekends and/or holidays. Since the room Is allotted for single occupancy, I would prefer no overnight guests, but it is allowed 1 night each week with notice to ensure everyone’s comfort. This rental includes a backyard, internet, water, trash and sewer. Electric will be split between us both and is usually around $150-$175. I also have a full size Samsung washer and dryer in the home.
