Brand new floors have been installed in the bedroom & the house has an Hollywood vibe to it with my decor including a grand piano (that rarely gets played). Utilities not included. Cleaning crew comes twice a month. $130 (65 each) per visit. Seeking a year lease with option to renew, but flexible if need be.
