Two bedroom, den, private bathroom apartment in my

I am renting out my basement that has two bedrooms, a private bathroom and a den. It comes with a microwave, a full size bed in one of the bedrooms and a desk. Use of the refrigerator that is in the garage and use of the washing machine and dryer upstairs on the main floor for once a week. I live here with my adult daughter and grandchild and we go to school and work during the week so it is basically quiet.
