Rent a room in McDonough

This property is located in a nice neighborhood that’s 5 minutes from the McDonough square and right down the road from Publix that’s surrounded by many different options for going out to eat. The house is two stories and has 4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms. The common areas include a laundry room, 1/2 bathroom, and large kitchen where refrigerator, pantry, and cabinet space will be provided as needed. There is also a large unfenced backyard. For $1200 a month you will get two large, private rooms with walk-in closets along with a private hall bathroom. A living room space will also be provided. Wifi is also included. The space will be ready to move into by Dec 1, 2024 and available through September 24, 2025. Looking for a housemate who can stay and pay rent for the entirety of the dates stated. Roommates include myself, my husband, and our 6 month old. Our oldest two children visit every other weekend. We are mature adults who are very down to earth and easy to get along with. We keep things clean and tidy. Our children are well behaved and very chill. We are looking for someone who is reliable to pay rent on time, keeps things clean, has good energy, and is willing to be around children in the common areas.
