Bedrooms and Private bath are upstairs. The main room is very large 19’ x 13“ which is enough space for a bedroom set, sitting area and desk, or use as your own livingroom set up. Two standing closets are in the room for your use. It has windows facing both the front and the rear of the home and those windows have beautiful black out shades. The 2nd room is 10’ x 12’ with a nice sized closet. The Private bathroom is a large two sinks with a shower/tub combination and tile floors. Downstairs is a shared laundry room with new washer and dryer. We are looking to split utilities and you will be happy to know that the AC/HVAC System are only two years old and function efficiently. There is also a new water heater in the home. ( Please note we have not posted a photos of the larger room as we presently have tenets in there) The room has double doors and opens to carpeted white on brown painted room with high ceilings and ceiling fan.
