Rent 2 bedroom house in Hemet

I have ONE master bedroom with attached private master bathroom. I recently had the carpet taken out and had vinyl flooring put in. There will be shared access to the kitchen, laundry room, den, living room, garage, and backyard. The home is located in West Hemet, near shopping areas and a park. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.As for myself, I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I enjoy the simple things in life. I enjoy watching football at times, going to the beach, taking my dog to the dog park, and just random staycations or drives.I am open to the lease terms. Would prefer to start off month to month as a trial run. If after 60 days, things seem to work on both ends then we can do a longer term lease. No smoking is allowed. No overnight guests unless prior arrangements are made. No loud parties or groups of people are allowed in or at the home.
