We do have a laundry room with washer and dryer inside the apartment. Apartment amenities include: 2 pools, bbqs, gym, internet room. $1150 would be with utilities included: ac, WiFi & gas. Super close to 15 & 215 freeways. *Room will be unfurnished however current roommate gave the okay to post pictures now so you can get an idea of what your future room & bathroom could look like.
