Full house privileges includes laundry (in garage) and kitchen - only if you are super, super clean!Community: My home is in the most darling community. There is always plenty of street parking. Community amenities include swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, cycling/running trails and shopping. Additional parking could be made available in the attached garage for an additional charge. The right match for our home will be positive/have good energy and be SUPER clean, responsible and respectful. You must be okay with sharing the home with cats (i have two). No couples, children or pets.
