It's close to Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and Scholls Ferry intersection allowing for easy access to the 26, downtown and multiple bus lines. Not far from Garden Home Rec., Gabriel Park and Multnomah Village.Rent is $975 per month which includes water, trash, misc, wifi, Amazon Prime and bi-monthly cleaning service of shared spaces. Does not include half of electric which would run you $50 -$100 per month depending on the season. Security deposit of $500 is required. Lease is month to month, but I am looking for a long-term arrangement. The room is for one person only.I am an older woman who is respectful, kind, introvert, liberal, very street smart and very well-travelled.
