English: Our apartment is located on the corner of rue des Saints Pères and rue Jacob, just a two-minute walk from Saint Germain square. In the heart of the Left Bank, you'll find famous cafés and trendy restaurants, as well as the Louvre, Notre-Dame, the Sorbonne and the Jardin du Luxembourg.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern building with elevator and consists of two rooms.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, TV and armchair and minor items. The sofa is convertible in a queen size double bed with a very comfortable mattress. There is also a mezzanine with a futon for one or two young people.
The second room has a dining table for 4 people and an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic hob, electric kettle, kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and washing machine.
The balcony overlooks Rue Saints Pères and a view of Eiffel tower.
