We have an 86" TV downstairs in the Living room and a 75" TV upstairs in the man cave to wach all the games, NFL ticket and redzone, NBA League Pass, MLB package and NHL Center Ice and or lots of Movies or local channels. The home is fully furnished with very comfortable reclyners and couches. We have an amazing spacious Kitchen and a Large living room. The home is 2,000 square feet, 2 story and beautiful inside with a 2 car garage. Looking for a responsible and respectful roommate. Full access to the house, and kitchen and laundry room. Come see the place you'll love it and you couldn't ask for 2 nicer roommates! One of our good friends and rommate is moving in with his gal which created this opening. We've had a good run for just shy of 4 years together and hopeful we can find another great roommate to come in on a month to month sceanario and open to a long term situation. It's one of nicest places inside that I found in the area when I moved in here just shy of 4 years ago. Very nice appliances and it has a Pool and Jaccuzi area too. We do have 1 very cool short hair tuxedo Cat that only stays indoors so you would have to make sure to pleese keep the front door and sliding glass door closed at all times. If you travel or work a lot this is a perfect spot to be. There's no crime here and the neighborhood has hardly any kids and is very quiet. There's a little strip mall and gas station with breakfast and lunch spots and a Starbucks accross the street less than 40 yards away. I have a flexible schedule so reach out to me to come see our place. The room is average size approximately 11x11 or 11x10 also it does have a nice meomary foam queen size bed in it to use. The bed is very nice and comfortable, Shared bathroom upstairs with another bathroom down stairs to use. Getting in shower at anytime will be no problem regardless of your work schedule.
