Bright room furnished with bed, desk, chair, lamps and a small dresser. The room is situated centrally on the second floor in a villa at Hellerupvej, in 2900 Hellerup. The villa is located close to Hellerup S-train/Train Station & supermarkets (650 m), Strandvejen (900 m). Good bus stops close the the villa into the City (University) and to the North of Copenhagen (DTU) (164 (Oceankaj/Ballerup) & 192(Lyngby St., IKEA, Hellerup sation). The room is good for one person - for students or for residents who needs a periodical stay in Copenhagen. You will share a small kitchen & bathroom with 2 other residents/students and have access to laundry room (washing machines/drying room). Rent includes heat, electricity and internet connection. Monthly rent: 3950 kr. Minimum rent period: 2 months. 2 months of rent is paid as a security deposit. First payment. 15.800 kr (2x deposit, first months payment and payment for last months rent in case of end of lease). Max lease period is for a two years, with the possibility to extend the lease after 2 years for a seond period of up to 2 more years. We are a small family of three who rents out the room.
