Laundry facilities are located in basement and they can be used at cost charge. Residents use the recreational community park for gatherings, barbeques or just relaxing from spring to autumn. The community is strictly non-smoking. Not even outside smoking is allowed. You have to be tidy at all times and you need to deep clean the bathroom and kitchen once a week according to the schedule.
