I rent a beautiful room (for one person only) in my apartment right by Forum metro station. The entire apartment is 140 m2, renovated and has plank floors, high ceilings and big windows, allowing for plenty of natural light and a spacious feel. The maximum number of people living in the apartment is two. We share a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a dinning room and a living room. There is a beautiful backyard a couple of steps away from the apartment's back door, ideal for breakfast, barbecue and sunbathing when the weather allows for it. The room could be unfurnished or partially furnished. The rental period will be 12 months (1 month notice period if leaving before), with a possibility of extension after that.
