Rent a room of 15 m² in Copenhagen

I am looking for af quietly and most importantly Non-Smoker Roomie, who is interested in renting a fully furnished room in my 3 rooms apartment. We will be only 2 persons sharing the apartment. The renting periode is 3 months until "undefined". It depends on our chemistry, and if we can live together. We are going to share the kitchen and bath. And you are welcome to use my living-room, balcony and garden. The rental 3700 DKK. pr. month is inklusive electricity bill, laundry, Internet etc., but depending on our expenses it can change in future. No matter what, we will divide it equally. About Me: I am a Danish single guy in my 30's. I am used to live with many different roomies during my studies. I am non-smoker, quietly, considerate, openminded, clean and tidy. I expect the same from you. I am working in an office. And in my free time, I take care of my garden, and I do kayaking in a kayak club. I have many other hobbies too, like painting and drawing etc. I also like travelling, mostly during winter time. So this year from december til January, I will not be home at all.
