Access to the accommodation cannot be granted without this information.Quiet Hours:- Parties and loud noises are not allowed.- Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.Common Areas and Smoking:- Smoking and drinking are prohibited in shared areas and inside the apartment. Apartment Care:Use towels only for bathing; any permanent stains will incur charges (€5 to remove stains/item or replacement cost).- Do not park bicycles in hallways or inside the apartment.Check-out:- Check-out time: 10:00 AM.- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM): 50% of the booking price (minimum: €40, maximum: €250).Optional Services:- Baby crib: €20/booking (subject to availability).- Baby high chair: €5/booking.Additional services like a sofa bed must be requested upon reservation.
