Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Beyoğlu

Hello everyone, I'm a phd candidate in Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa. I'm living with my cat (Doro) and a friend. There are 3 big rooms in total. I used to rent out that room from Airbnb, but since the regulations came out, I'm only accepting long term stays. I've had more than 200guests and everyone who stayed in that room were always satisfied.
