I am a UCSD graduate school alumn. My husband and I are relocating in 2025, and we are looking for good tenants for our very large and nearly brand new 4 bedroom/4 full bathroom house in the Mount streets of Clairemont, located within walking... distance of the Target, 99 Ranch, and Home Depot on Balboa and Genesee. The location of this house in Central San Diego with easy access to the [HIDDEN] freeways make it an easy 10-20 minute commute to nearly anywhere in San Diego, easy commute to UCSD Main Campus. Also an easy 10 minute drive to downtown, beaches, and great healthcare. The entire home has been rebuilt/remodeled only 2 years ago and is in pristine condition. Open floor plan, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Great for a family or for 4-5 adults/young professionals living together where each person can have their own bathroom. Layout is 1 huge master unit with full bath, 1 large master unit with full bath, 2 smaller bedrooms, each with adjacent full baths.
