The house has centralized heating/AC.This is a month to month rent but I'm looking for someone long term. Looking for a student/ exchange student or professionals. This is ideal for a student as it is very quiet, and No smoking, no drinking, no partying, no overnight guests . This is a very peaceful, clean & quiet home with a professional, we are A Christian family. The house is close to shops, grocery stores, Walmart, Disneyland, Starbucks, Laundry mats, and bus stops, freeways 5 and 22. Will require a first and last month's rent and a damage deposit. Proof of employment and ID . Sorry, no pets .At our discretion, we will run a background check, which we will pay for potential renter and reference is required. Must provide proof employment or existing/enrolled student.
