Rent 4 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles

Please see ad title...LARGE 4BDRM APT - Need One Tenant. (La Cienega & 10 frwy) ($1150 includes room/wireless internet/cable/gas/electricity/&household supplies & toiletries) ****PLEASE SEND PHOTOS AND DETAILED INFO ABOUT YOU*** LOCATION *It's Beverly Wood adjacent (all times are suggestive (with car and without traffic!) *5mins to Beverly Hills/Rodeo Dr., The Grove or Culver City *7mins Hghwy driving to get to the Ocean, PCH, Venice, Marina Del Rey*10-12mins to downtown *15mins to the airport *Freeway entrance is on La Cienega and the 10freeway which is roughly 30seconds away from the apt. *Culturally diverse - surrounded by the Jewish neighborhood and synagogues so there are a lot of families walking on Saturday, African American families reside around us within a 4 block radius. This particular street is predominately Latino. THE APT: *It's 1800 Sqr Ft give or take a few *you'd have 15 x 17 ft spacious room ... but you'd share a bathroom with me. There's one other roommate who has the master, who keeps to herself on occasion. There's a dedicated gym/(my office) room - you're welcome to use equipment. Elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, small bench press.The house is beautifully decorated in warm tones - slightly modern and cozy. *I don't smoke cigarettes but my other roommate does - you're welcome to, but strictly & ONLY on the balcony which has some furniture to relax on. * I'm 420 friendly, but again ONLY on the balcony. *Washer/Dryer are in the back of the building and there are two units of each - although I usually travel to the laundry mat. *There is private parking but it's tandem... which means we park - one behind the other. It's more of a carport which means that the car in the front is covered, but the car in the back is on the driveway/parkway. Whoever gets home first gets the spot or whoever finds open parking out front is encouraged to park on the street.*The trash goes in the back of the building as well *No air conditioning so it gets kinda hot in the summer, but 85% of all apts in LA have no air.. why... I don't know... I guess it's cause LA's close to the beach air. *Prefer to not have company spend the night unless friends or family in town for a short stint. *There's a mini convienent store within a few hundred yards in case you need water, toilet paper or the random essentials. *The neighborhood is great and really friendly, great neighbors alotta middle school kids in the area- our block just looks average... nothing fancy AT ALL - yes we're Beverlywood and Beverlyhills adjacent, but the street is just a good old-fashioned LA block. *LA Fitness/Target/ROSS/B of A/ Wells Fargo/ Walgreens/ Subway/Carls Jr/Del Taco/Sally's Beauty Supply/McDonalds/ChickfilA/GNC/Kaiser Hospital and more is all within walking distance.*There's a pool in our building BUTTTT again nothing fancy just a pool with a gate wrapped around it. *The rent is due on the 1st. No late period. Your portion of the rent is $1150/mo. All utilities included.*The building can get noisey in the spring & summer with kids and music, but it's just normal activity. *The neighborhood strongest ethnicity is Jewish, Latina, and African American families. About me: I'm mid-40s but look 20s African American girl living with another female with the same breakdown.I'm very clean and will do all the cleaning as it's my apt. I will clean kitchen and dishes but would love it if you'd keep your mess/dishes to a minimum.My roommate is messy. But only in her room. I work from home M-F and my roommate works from home some days when she's permitted. We both work in the entertainment industry for established companies.In order to keep the peace we'd love to find a straight Christian. Our last roommate was a white male who we lived comfortably with for the past 15yrs. Times change and we're now looking for a replacement.Most importantly - financially responsible. I don't ask for rent - I just expect it. Leeway to the 3rd of the month is respectful for both parties. I have two kittens. I'm fostering. They were bottle babies so they are very docile and love cuddles. Not sure if I will keep them or not, but I am quite attached. Most days I do not even see my roommate as all our rooms are in different corners of the apartment. No one shares a wall so there is a lot of privacy. it's a very comfy cozy apt. We keep to ourselves yet engage frequently - nothing forced. We are like-minded according to the world, the Bible, God, & Hollywood. And we love a good conspiracy - cuz most aren't theories! *wink*Please provide deep detailed intel about yourself as it it's best to make certain that the people you share a home with best reflect the energy you wish to give and receive.
