Rent 4 bedroom house in Belvedere Park

The residence is a 4-bedroom house located off Glenwood Rd, conveniently close to a MARTA bus stop. The available room is the smallest of the four, with the other two occupied, and the occupants share a common bathroom. We are all independent, gay Black men. The house features a full kitchen, laundry appliances, and a back patio. Social interaction is appreciated, especially since we occasionally enjoy watching TV game shows, talk shows, and playing video games together. A non-smoker is preferred, but outdoor smoking is acceptable. My home is open and welcoming; I only ask for respect towards it. I have three friendly indoor dogs, Bruno (9), Thor (8), and Coco (3). Another tenant has a small cat. We would like a roommate who enjoys dogs and is interested in developing a bond with the housemates.
