Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Diego

Hi there! I just moved into a new apartment a couple weeks ago, and I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom to a responsible, charismatic, laid-back young lady. I'm turning 28 in ten days, I am a dancer and a nursing student, and I'm a very laid back, drama free gal. You will have access to all amenities: there is a pool, fitness room, and on-site laundry not far from the apartment. Parking is paid and located in the lots around the complex; you may upgrade to a covered carport for a larger fee. The apartment itself is all hardwood floors and very old, located in a large community. It has its defects, but overall, it seems like a good place for its price. Your room is a nice size, with a long sliding closet. You do have your own private bathroom across the hall. I have a cat myself who is my literal Son <3, and other cats are welcome!
