The room is approx. 23 square meters in size, has high ceilings and is nice and bright as it has two large windows. In the room, as in the whole apartment, there is a chic parquet floor in a herringbone pattern.
The flat share itself has a large modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one complete and one that is divided into a shower room and WC, as well as a large living hallway from which all rooms lead off.
Location
The apartment is located directly on the border between the West and Mitte districts in the immediate vicinity of Berliner Platz, which makes it very central. The university, HfT as well as various shopping facilities such as Lidl, DM, Edeka and Rewe are within walking distance in 5-10 minutes, whereby you can also take the train to Lidl and DM. Königsstraße can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes and Vaihingen is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn. There is a fire station across the street, which occasionally sounds its sirens, but you get used to it quickly :)

Das Zimmer ist ca. 23qm groß, hat hohe decken und ist schön hell, da es zwei große Fenster hat. In dem Zimmer befindet sich, wie auch in der ganzen Wohnung, ein schicker Parkettboden im Fischgrätenmuster.
Die WG an sich verfügt über eine große moderne Küche, 2 Bäder, ein komplettes und eins das in Duschbad und WC aufgeteilt ist, sowie einen großen Wohnflur von dem aus alle Zimmer abgehen.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Grenze von dem Stadtteil West zu Mitte in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Berliner Platz, was sie sehr Zentral macht. Die Uni, HfT als auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, DM, Edeka und Rewe sind fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, wobei man zu Lidl und DM auch mit der Bahn fahren kann. Die Königsstraße erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und nach Vaihingen braucht man mit der S-Bahn 20 Minuten. Gegenüber liegt eine Feuerwache, die ab und zu mit Sirenen ausrückt, das hört man zwar, gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran.
