A 40-inch TV with Prime and Netflix, along with a desk and chair, makes the room ideal for work as well. The modern lighting can be adjusted to your preference. Freshly washed bed linen and towels are provided.Shared Areas:Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 250 Mbps is available throughout the apartment.The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, a microwave, an oven, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. There is also a dining table and an additional TV.Owner's Presence:The apartment owner also has a room in the apartment but is usually traveling. Therefore, the apartment is rented out room by room.Tenant Selection:As this is a newly established shared apartment, careful consideration is given when selecting tenants. Ideally, tenants should be non-smokers. Smoking inside the apartment, in the rooms, and preferably even on the balcony is not desired. Pets are also not suitable for this type of community.Minimum Rental Period:The minimum rental period is preferably six months. In exceptional cases, shorter stays are possible, as the legal allowance (up to 8 weeks per year) for short-term rentals has not yet been utilized.Location:The apartment is centrally located in a quiet area, just three subway stops from the main station.
