English: Our home is very comfortable, functional, luminous and calm (access via a private court and all the windows give access to a private court yard). Our apartment is perfectly suitable for a family with kids (kids room, plenty of kids toys that we will keeping there since we will be on a sabbatical trip for few month) and music instruments.
It is very well located, 2 min away from Alesia square (and métro station). It has all amenities in a short walking distance, within 100 to 500m (Monoprix, Biocoop, Bio C Bon, Naturalia, Gym, Gaumont Cinemas, Restaurants and Bars. . . ) An Indigo Parking entrance is right close (100m away). Also very conveniently situated for connections to Paris airports (close to Denfert Rochereau for direct access to Charles De Gaulle Airport via RER B and is 15-20 minutes away from Orly airport) and conveniently placed for all universities in central Paris and even outside Paris (for instance universities in Saclay and/or Fontainebleau via RERB).
Numerous kids open spaces nearby and also Park Montsouris (one of the biggest Parisian Parks) is within a walking distance (15 minutes) and the famous Park Luxembourg is also nearby. Also a kids/adults multi activities center (music, dance, theater, circus, nursery, several other sports activities) is located less than 20m away. . . .
