This apartment is a 100m² apartment on the 4th floor which is easily accessible via the elevator - just 1 minute walk from the marketplace or its stop. The shopping center Ettlinger Tor is only a 5 minute walk away! Also in the direct vicinity of numerous stores and restaurants you can enjoy the city center to the fullest --> Living the hearth of the city.
The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, open kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are basically equipped with a 140m x 200m bed and one room is additionally equipped with a 90m x 200m bed, desk and chair and closets. In the living area a comfortable couch with coffee table awaits you.
If you need additional bed linen, pillows, towels or similar during your stay we can provide this at short notice.
The kitchen has all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay, here it should be mentioned that this should also be used as you would like it yourself.
Salt, pepper, oil, herbs etc. are already available - durable articles are not thrown away after started use - it would be too bad to dispose fresh products directly!
With our stable 100Mbit internet line you can watch Netflix, make video calls or work without problems, the router is located on your floor.
Hair dryer, towels, bath towels, shampoo and nice guests complete the offer. Cook, shower, sleep and feel at home is our claim!

Das Apartment verfügt über insgesamt 3 Schlafräume, 1 Wohnzimmer, offene Küche und Bad. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich mit einem 140m x 200m Bett und ein Zimmer ist zusätzlich mit einem 90m x 200m Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl sowie Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich erwartet Sie eine gemütliche Couch mit Couchtisch.
