The living/sleeping area is very well lit and furnished with a new comfortable double bed, a flatscreen TV, a couch and a small dining area, which adjoins the fitted kitchen. The bed is separated from the living area through a glass front, that can be opened. In the kitchen, you will also find electronic devices, such as a kettle, coffee machine and a microwave. In some apartments you can step on a small balcony that invites you to spend the evening hours enjoying a glass of wine. The bathroom's modern facilities include a shower, hair dryer and towels.
On top of the luxurious furnishing, there is also a weekly cleaning service which is already included in the monthly rent. Washing machines are available in the basement and a parking spot can be rented additionally.
The studio's location is very central. It is situated in Berlin Mitte, right next to Alexanderplatz. This means that shopping and nice dining possibilities are all around the apartment. The connection to the city's public transport system is very convenient and thanks to the central location, all of Berlin's destinations are easy and quick to reach.
