Rent a room in Farmington Hills

Hello! We wanted to advertise a room for our house that we are looking to fill. Rent initially is $550/m and $200 for security deposit but either are flexible. The place is on the main road but with a large backyard and parking, with plans on a patio and fence alongside minor improvements over time.I do have a cameras on the property but only outside.The room has windows, on the ground floor, power, internet, living room + kitchen both for use whenever. Washer and dryer with hot water and cold air through the house. There is no dishwasher however.The current people living with us were personal friends and only contribute the bare minimum in effort and financially and take the most while being quite lazy around the place, hence we are looking for someone new.The few things we ask are no heavy substance use inside, and if you’re going to smoke do it through a window please. We can be flexible in rent I’d just ask to contribute around the place on dishes and taking out trash and the like if rent isn’t possible 100%.I try to split the water and power bill depending on the amount of people, so me and my girlfriend live there, if one person comes in by himself it would be 66/33 split for power and water, and if 2 people join 50/50. For each party. Everything else, gas/internet/trash, I’ll take care of as it doesn’t change regardless.I do have a personal pc and printer, ready for any task, gaming or work, and have plans to do some networking in the attic so wired internet is possible.For it guys I also plan on having a server for multimedia and vm’s for use whenever you need.Pets are cool, and you can paint your room if you’d like. If it is a neutral color I am not concerned about painting it back to its previous color really.I am open to be flexible in a lot of regards so if something doesn’t work just ask and I’m sure we can work something out.
