Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Rohnert Park

Hello, A large bedroom is available for rent and is seeking its person. The other areas of household are accessible and inviting. Would appreciate your consideration. Here are some details. The place is a decently sized 2br -1.5 bath. Two parking spots -both within 30 feet of the front door. Development has two swimming pools, one spa. There are many walking and biking trails close by. Plenty of mature growth trees, creeks and foliage. Progressive, open-minded, and tolerant, core-values household; non-judgy variety. We are who we are. Would appreciate effort in the personal and communal areas of cleanliness standards. Not fanatically, just sensibly. I have two young children, aged 5 and 10 who visit on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
