The house is on a bikeway traveling east-west, and about mile north of the MAX red line. Its just a few minutes' drive from Alameda Ridge/Fremont to the west and Montavilla to the south. It is about 10 minutes by car from Hollywood, including Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Fred Meyer, and New Seasons. Utilities are shared ($200 300). Garbage is included. No pets. No smoking.
