Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Annandale

Hi, my name is Zack(29M). As a roommate i am pretty easy going, not a lot would upset me. I am relatively clean, especially in the common areas. For example, I clean the kitchen once every 24 hours. When i am not working, im mostly a homebody and whenever i do have someone over its rarely ever more than one person. I do have a cat, so if you have a strong allergy this probably isnt for you. The lease is a 16-month lease that started on Dec 28. Besides the $931 rent, utilities will be roughly $100 dollars monthly.
