Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 90 m² in Frankfurt

English: The open-plan maisonette is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a quietly located rear building. The offered room with approx. 22 square meters is located on the lower floor together with its own shower room, toilet and the large eat-in kitchen with fireplace and balcony.
I live on the upper floor myself and only use the kitchen from time to time. The house used to be an old gym, which we renovated with a lot of love and beautiful materials. Both bathrooms are tadelakt, the kitchen has Moroccan tiles and the rooms have oak parquet flooring.
I would describe myself as a very sociable flatmate and there is plenty of room for privacy :) !
The apartment is quietly located in the rear building despite its city center location.
Everything you need is right outside the door.

Das angebotene Zimmer mit ca. 22qm befindet sich in der unteren Etage zusammen mit einem eigenen Duschbad, WC und der großen Wohnküche mit Kamin und Balkon.
In der oberen Etage wohne ich selbst und nutze lediglich die Küche ab und zu. Das Haus war einmal ein altes Fitnessstudio, welches wir mit sehr viel Liebe und schönen Materialien umgebaut haben. Beide Bäder sind aus Tadelakt, in der Küche gibt es marokkanische Fliesen und die Zimmer sind mit Eichenparkett ausgelegt.
Die Wohnung liegt trotz Innenstadt-Lage ruhig im Hinterhaus.
Alles was man braucht, findet man direkt vor der Tür.
