3 rooms house of 177m² in Ponteland

To let is my 3 bedroom House on Darras Road, Ponteland. I am working away for work over the next 12 months and so I am looking to Let my property whilst I am away. I am technically a live in landlord but I will not be ‘living in’ as I am working away. The whole property is available immediately to let on a short term basis (minimum 3 months). I may also consider Letting the property ‘per room’ if this is something that may be of interest.
