Electricity up to the amount of R500 is included, thereafter the tenant will be billed. The oven and hob are gas for the tenants account. WiFi is included in the rental, as well as a TV box with access to Amazon and Netflix. Gas for tenants account There are 2 large yet very friendly dogs as well as cats on the property so the tenant would need to be an animal lover.
