We have a full one bedroom basement apartment available. It has a counter top stove, cabinets for storage, refrigerator, sink for washing dishes, private bathroom, living room, small dinning area, storage room and bedroom. This is perfect for a student or traveling nurses as we are in the area of ASU West and Thunderbird hospital. We do share the main entrance. Everything is included such as utilities. The washer and drier are in the main living area available for use. Our home is a tri level home top floor is our living space. Entry level is the living room kitchen for us and the washer and dryer are in the same area. If you do not wish to use the washer/dryer there is a coin less laundry just up the road.We have 2 Siberian huskies the male is 9 and female is 7 they do well with other dogs. They have been socialized at parks and with other dogs in puppy visits to relatives. I work full time my boyfriend works full time. We are looking for drama free serious inquiries only please. We are able to furnish the bedroom if needed upon request.
