As a safety measure, this property has a water check valve that measures the flow of water being used during “off hours”. If water usage exceeds a certain level the check valve shuts the water off to the house. The owner is immediately notified via an app and he is able to bypass the valve and turn water back on. According to the owner this valve was installed based on recommendations from his homeowners insurance provider. Please be cognizant of off hour water usage.
