Classic LBI beach home located one house off the beach. There is a water view from the second floor deck, which has 2 chairs, loveseat and small table. Fenced yard which includes dining table, 6 chairs, 2 wicker chairs with cushions, 1 wicker loveseat with cushions and a cocktail table. Lovely all-season porch and two driveways. Rental has both a coffee pot and a Keurig. If needed there is a handicap lift at the beach entrance and a decked walkway for easier beach access. 6-8 beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach cart available, but not guaranteed.
