Hello! My name is Dany (36F). My roommate, Matt (28M), and I are looking for someone to rent the unfurnished room (shared bathroom with me) in our apartment. We live at Legacy Apartment Homes in Mira Mesa in an updated 3bd2ba. The apartment is right next to Miramar College and Mira Mesa Market Center. There’s air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher and bidet in the unit and the complex has amenities including pools and a gym.I work from 9-5p as an office manager in Rancho Santa Fe. Matt is a manager for a local retail business and works from 7-4p. We’re both super chill, don’t party and prefer to live with someone likeminded.We are looking for preferably female or queer identified individuals. Must love dogs, 2 little poodle mix dogs live in the apartment. The room is available now. Rent is $1200, utilities are normally around $50 each, $29 for wifi, gas & electric fluctuates.
